There’s a good chance you’ve dined on Ed Brown’s food, whether it was at Judson Grill, The Sea Grill, Ed’s Chowder House, Eighty-One (where he earned a Michelin star), or one of the many kitchens run by his dining management company at the Met, the Guggenheim, Saks, Tiffany, and Lincoln Center Kitchen at David Geffen Hall. Now there’s one more important name to add to the list: his son Alec, a sous chef at Village Social in Westchester, will join us. The father-and-son team will work together to whip up an imaginative and scrumptious, seafood-centric menu.
