Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier — chef-owners of MC Perkins Cove in Maine — first met at Stars in San Francisco working with chef Jeremiah Tower. Since then, they’ve opened a handful of restaurants that wowed critics at Food & Wine and Bon Appétit and earned them a James Beard Award for “Best Chefs: Northeast.” On this November day, they’ll be featuring a Thanksgiving dinner from Maine complete with innovative twists on the staples: turkey, gravy, stuffing, salad, and pie.


Prosciutto with Pomegranates and pears
Johnnycake with salt cod brandade
Herb brined turkey,  pear gravy served with cranberry compote with ginger and  molasses, Boston brown bread stuffing with sausage and tarragon
Warm Brussels sprout salad
Caramel pumpkin pie with mincemeat ice cream
