Inside the new flagship restaurant from chef-owner John DeLucie at the luxe HGU New York hotel, we’ll be cooking alongside chef de cuisine Chris D’Amico (formerly at Gemma), who’s leading a class that focuses on Southern Italian cuisine, including pastas and variations on regional dishes from Sicily, Puglia and Campania.
Class is in the restaurant’s kitchen followed by lunch and wine.
