Iconic chef Charlie Palmer was way ahead of the pack when he commited to dishes spotlighting regional American ingredients at his three-star restaurant Aureole. His empire now includes more than a dozen restaurants throughout the US. In this special evening, Palmer — a James Beard Awards “Best Chef in America” and “Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in America”— will be joined by director of culinary concepts Michael Ferraro, executive chef Chris Engel and executive pastry chef Daniel Kleinhandler for a knock-out event as we raise money for a great cause.
