THIAGO SILVA, executive pastry chef of the new Meatpacking eatery Catch, has generated much buzz for his imaginative cakes, which have been featured alongside celebrities in magazines such as People and most recently in the New York Post. This hands-on cake decorating class will explore techniques such as working with fondant, icing cakes and cupcakes, and making magic out of confectionary.
