The food world took notice when Chef Garett McMahan, formerly of Bouley and Perilla, opened Celestine, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant on the seafront in DUMBO. His diverse menu draws on the foods and techniques of southern Europe, northern Africa, and the Middle East and will have us preparing a variety of dishes from mezze to mains.


Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen, followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
