Join us for an immersive afternoon exploring Southern Italy’s terroir. We’ll be tasting a flight of wines picked by Enrico Battisti (who runs the wine import company SoilAir Selections) along with cheeses paired by Lou Di Palo (legendary proprietor of the Italian gourmet shop Di Palo’s in Little Italy) and other authentic, artisanal Italian ingredients brought in by Gourmet Cooking & Living’s Nazzareno Callipo. The Saturday afternoon class will feature wines from the following regions: Lazio, Campania, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardegna.
