Join Executive Chef Michael Han, formerly of Bouley and A Voce, for a Saturday morning of Basque cuisine. We’ll explore the flavors of the mountainous coastal region that blurs the lines between Spain and France and that produces great cazuelas (dishes cooked in terracotta pots), as well as tapas, crudos, grilled meats and seafood dishes.

Limited enrollment.

Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen, followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
