Matthew Kenney built an empire around one simple concept: plant-based cuisine. He’s opened more than 20 restaurants — including Double Zero (pizza), XYST (Mediterranean inspired cuisine), Arata (Asian), Bar Verde (Mexican/Latin American) and Plantmade (casual/cafe) in New York — and published dozens of cookbooks. He is perhaps the most influential vegan chef cooking today. In this long-awaited return to De Gustibus, Matthew will feature some of the globally-inspired vegan recipes that have earned him a fierce fanbase.
