In 2017, Food & Wine added Peter Cho to the list of Top 10 Best New Chefs in 2017 and Portland Monthly bestowed his non-traditional Korean restaurant — Han Oak in Portland, Oregon —  with the Best Restaurant 2017 award. This should come as no big surprise as Peter had spent many years working under April Bloomfield at The Spotted Pig and The Breslin. In this class, he will showcase many of the vibrant ingredients that have made his menu a must-try.
