Nick Hukezalie has done it all at Blue Hill; he cooked his way from pastry to fish station to Sous Chef to Chef de Cuisine — and spent a year at the Dutch three-Michelin-star restaurant Oud Sluis. Now he’s collaborating with local producers and developing seasonal menus. In this class, Nick will showcase some of the ingredient-driven dishes that Chef-Owner Dan Barber has long championed.
