Prepare for a “Quality” evening as we host four of the key players at Quality Italian and Quality Meats. Chef-Partner Craig Koketsu, along with Quality Italian Chef Nick Gaube and Quality Meats Chef Antonio Mora, will demonstrate and discuss their modern takes on classic steakhouse and Italian-American dishes. And the evening ends with Executive Pastry Chef Cory Colton’s much-praised desserts.
