Before he became the Executive Chef of hotspot Bistrot Leo, Brian Loiacono was Head Chef at Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne and had already spent six years at Daniel. He went on to become Executive Chef at Acme, transforming the place into a French-Italian eatery. At Bistrot Leo, Brian focuses on France. And in this class, he will share his secrets on how to prepare classic bistrot fare for Fall entertaining.
