You’ll get a few steps closer to mastering dishes from both Northern Italy and Southern France by spending a morning with Jared Sippel, Chef and Co-Owner of Trattoria Italienne, and his team. Jared honed his skills at the Michelin-starred Quince in San Francisco and Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder.

Limited enrollment.

Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen, followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
