Critics placed Olmsted at the top of their “best new restaurant” coverage, and that includes Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Esquire and The New York Times, which awarded it two stars. Chef-Owner Greg Baxtrom — an alum of Alinea, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and Per Se — has a secret weapon in the form of produce from a backyard garden. In this class, Baxtrom will share some of the secrets behind his crowd-pleasingly eclectic menu.
