Author of two cookbooks, Hugo Ortega’s Street Food of Mexico (named an “essential Mexican cookbook” by Saveur magazine) and Backstreet Kitchen, Hugo will present a mouthwatering traditional Mexican menu that bursts with flavor and is rooted in authenticity.
