David Malbequi, Chef/Partner of David’s Cafe and formerly of Restaurant Daniel and BLT Market, joins Aurelien Dufour of Dufour Gourmet to deliver a contemporary, French-centric menu designed to teach you to prepare your own rillettes, merguez and savory tourte. Aure?lien was Chef Charcutier for Daniel Boulud’s restaurant group for many years and was named a StarChef Rising Star and a Zagat 30 Under 30 Best Chef. This will be an astonishing class learning techniques and dishes from two classically-trained French chefs.

Amuse Bouche:

  • ·       Thai Chicken Rillette served with Garlic & Parmesan Bread.

1st Course:

  • ·       Classic Arcachon Pork Crépinettes served with Montauk Oyster.

2nd Course:

  • ·       Tourte Duck Foie Gras, Pickled Mushrooms served with Sauce Poivrade and Cabbage Fondue.

3rd Course:

  • ·       North Africa Lamb Merguez slider with Moroccan Salad.

Dessert:

  • ·       Macaron
