Join Chef/Co-Owner Daniel Rose, the much-celebrated Chicago-native who turned Paris dining upside-down with his highly decorated restaurants, Spring and La Bourse et La Vie, as he enlightens us on how he has turned New York inside-out with his much-anticipated, New York Times three-starred sensation, Le Cou Cou. Daniel’s inspiration stems from his time spent with Paul Bocuse, Jean-Pierre Bruneau, and Yannick Alleno, and his restaurant honors them with his contemporary, but very personal approach to French classics.
