Peruvian-American Executive Chef Erik Ramirez received two New York Times stars for helming the kitchen at Llama Inn, formerly of Raymi in Flatiron. He refined his culinary vision working at illustrious restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park under Daniel Humm, under chefs Gaston Acurio (Astrid y Gaston) and Virgilio Martinez (Central) in Peru, and at highly-acclaimed Nuella in New York.  Erik designs dishes by weaving together Peruvian influences, techniques acquired at some of the world’s greatest restaurants, and his masterful touch.
