Nicole Gajadhar is the Chef de Cuisine under Executive Chef Brad Farmerie at Bowery favorite, Saxon + Parole. Join Nicole for a morning of cooking modern and seasonal dishes inspired by Brad’s global flair and Nicole’s Caribbean upbringing. This is such a great opportunity to have fun in a restaurant kitchen as you learn techniques and shortcuts to great dining that easily translates to fine home cooking.

$250 per class – limited enrollment.  Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen and is followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
