Celebrate 10 years of service with Mike Price, Chef and Co-Owner (along with Joey Campanaro) of Market Table (as well as The Clam).  Known for creating simple dishes with big flavors, this class will feature Market Table’s most popular dishes that have continued to inspire diners throughout the last 10 years.  Mike always draws on the finest in fresh and seasonal ingredients that set the center stage at his well-received menus during his years at The Harrison and The Mermaid Inn.

Maryland crab cakes w/ Spicy tartar sauce

Asparagus & baby gem lettuce salad, pickled rhubarb, green goddess, pumpernickel bagel

 

2nd

Ricotta cavatelli, fava beans, green onion, bacon, tomato-basil broth

 

3rd

Broiled spring flounder, romesco aioli, green beans, la ratte fingerlings

 

4th

Mexican style charred corn, chili, parmesan, lime

Crème fraiche panna cotta, market strawberries, lemon-poppy shortbread
