Spend an evening in Rome with Nick Anderer, Executive Chef of Danny Meyer’s acclaimed Roman-inspired trattoria, Maialino, a New York Times two-star restaurant (as well as another Meyer restaurant, Marta) and Rome-based cookbook author, Katie Parla, who has penned over 20 books, including Tasting Rome: Fresh Flavors and Forgotten Recipes from an Ancient City.  Eat and drink like a local in the Eternal City as these two culinary talents immerse us in the warmth and comfort of Nick’s outstanding dishes found in Katie’s cookbook.
