Justin Wills, Executive Chef/Owner of Restaurant Beck in Depoe Bay, Oregon, is the recipient of a Food & Wine “People’s Best New Chef: Northwest” accolade.  Restaurant Beck received a coveted AAA – Three Diamond rating within six months of opening.  Justin returns to our classroom to create an intriguing sea-to-table menu that reflects the pristine seafood of the Pacific Northwest, resulting in imaginatively delicious fare.
