Gonzalo Colin is the Executive Chef of Cantina Rooftop, a modern Mexican restaurant overlooking Manhattan’s West Side. Gonzalo, who hails from Mexico City, will share with us authentic recipes to create and savor that he has developed after traveling to 30 cities all over Mexico. You will learn the secrets to his zesty signature dishes such as lamb barbacoa, moles and other flavorful dishes known throughout his home country.
$250 per class – limited enrollment. Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen and is followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
