Louis Goral is the Chef de Cuisine of Jose Garces’ Amada restaurant in Brookfield Place, and formerly led the kitchen at Mercat a la Planxa in Chicago, where he helped earn the restaurant a Michelin star and heaps of accolades in Zagat and Travel + Leisure. For this class, Louis will show us how to prepare authentic Spanish tapas, the perfect paella and other delectable Spanish dishes to prepare at home to impress your family and guests.
$250 per class – limited enrollment. Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen and is followed by a seated lunch with paired wines.
