Sommelier Caleb Ganzer, formerly of Restaurant Daniel, worked with Eric Bolyard at Eleven Madison Park when it was awarded Best Wine Bar Program in NYC by The James Beard Foundation. Both personalities now work at La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels and their class will feature celebrated wines from Bordeaux, from the Haut Medoc, to Margaux, to St. Emilion, and everything in between. These delectable wines will be paired with rustic French fare that highlights their remarkable flavors. We’ll drink to that!
