New York favorite, Tom Valenti, returns to De Gustibus Cooking School after a long hiatus. Tom put the Upper West Side on the dining map with his acclaimed restaurants, Ouest and Cesca. Joining him is Jennifer Grossman, who is Owner and Founder of Mauer’s Mountain Farms, a premiere French Guinea fowl farm.
