Tom Valenti & Jennifer Grossman -  Mauer’s Mountain Farm

New York favorite, Tom Valenti, returns to  De Gustibus Cooking School after a long hiatus.   Tom put the Upper West Side on the dining map with his acclaimed restaurants, Ouest and Cesca. Joining him is Jennifer Grossman, who is Owner and Founder of Mauer’s Mountain Farms, a premiere French Guinea fowl farm. A Guinea hen is something between pheasant and chicken; darker, leaner, and slightly more delicious than either. It has our vote for the best bird of the year—we are sure it will earn yours as well.
