Chef/Partner Ryan Hardy of chic Pasquale Jones, along with Sommelier, Robert Bohr (both, also, of West Village favorite, Charlie Bird), joins Chef de Cuisine, Tim Caspare, to present a cornucopia of Italian inspired specialties with a contemporary twist. Come experience why The New York Times awarded them a solid two stars for their delicious wood-fired pizzas and handmade pastas as we learn how they cook using the open flames from the wood-fired ovens and charcoal grills.
