We are delighted to have Del Posto’s brand new Executive Chef, Melissa Rodriguez, of the only 4-star Italian restaurant in New York City, make her debut class at De Gustibus. Working under the tutelage of former Executive Chef Mark Ladner, Melissa’s star has risen. This class gives us the opportunity to experience some of Del Posto’s signature regional Italian dishes as well as some of Melissa’s new creations that will insure that this classic restaurant remains on top of its game.
