Garrison Price is Executive Chef of Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria and worked under the tutelage of Curtis Duffy at Avenues in Chicago as well as with Jean-Georges Vongerichten as his Culinary Director of Culinary Concepts. Garrison will prepare an Italian market-driven menu that focuses on homemade pastas, secondi and dolci while adding his own distinctive global influences from his years of experience and travels—worldly and heavenly at the same time.
