Christopher Albrecht is the Executive Chef of iconic Ryland Inn in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey. He honed his skills working with
Tom Colicchio for many years, first at Gramercy Tavern, and then at various Craft restaurants. Join Christopher for an extraordinary day, as we visit the onsite gardens to pick the vegetables that we will then incorporate into our exceptional lunch.
$250 per class – limited enrollment. Class is held in the restaurant’s kitchen and is followed by a seated lunch with paired wines. *Transportation from Manhattan can be arranged for an additional fee.
